Name: Yajuu
Nicknames/Titles: I'm frequently called some sort of nickname involving 'Blue'. (Sometimes it's just Blue, too.)
Age: Around 70 years old (I don't really count the days)
Age Appearance: 18-21ish
Race: Half-Youkai, Half-Human (I act more like a youkai, though.)
Gender: Female
Appearance:
Personality:
Abilities and Fighting Style:
History:
I vaguely remember a world beyond the border, but such times are long past. What I do know is that my childhood was completely and utterly uneventful, despite having a human with a (perfectly normal) youkai. One would think that the youkai would have eaten the human, or the human exterminate the youkai, or what have you, but apparently they really liked each other, and they were both good fighters. It's where I got my skills from, by training with them. They both used swords for combat, so it made sense that I would use them as well. It was pretty annoying for them to get clothes for me, because I started not liking things without being able to explain why. They eventually figured out that I really liked the color blue. I don't know why, but I do.
I eventually moved out of the house, but not before they gave me the two weapons I regularly use now: the Kusanagi and the Totsuka. With these, I traveled the world, searching far and wide for new challenges. I didn't see much people due to me seeking these challenges in less crowded areas, but those less crowded areas tend to have neat things in them. The most memorable battle is when I fought that giant five-headed snake. That...that was pretty exciting. I cut off some of the thing's heads, but it became more than a five-headed snake after that, so what I was doing was probably what I shouldn't have been doing. So I simply stabbed it's body until it bled to death without chopping anything off. It was a strange way to kill something with so many spots I could chop off, but I was rewarded with a strange sword for my efforts: Magus. I don't know what it was doing in the cave with that thing, but I never really bothered to think about why.
If you haven't noticed, I'm not much of a people person. Though I can be social, I don't see people often because I'm usually nowhere near them, and when I am, talking is usually a prebattle conversation before I win, and not think of the person much afterwards. But there was one person that said something rather intriguing to me. He mentioned that I could not cut his armor, which I had attempted over the course of our battle with no luck. I let the person live, and the person continuously battled me, and I continuously won. Despite this, his ego would never end, for I had not managed to scratch his armor at all. He eventually managed to hit my own armor, which was crushed beneath the weapon's might. He then continued to boast after I won, so I took his own sword and swung it at his armor. And it just went right through...I really didn't mean to kill him over that, but there was no use moping about it, so I took the sword for myself.
My swords are a symbol of my adventures, as you can see. I haven't had much adventures lately, but I hope to change that. Maybe some time, I'll be able to rival someone really powerful...like Suika, perhaps. Or at least get involved in an incident.

Gender: Female
Appearance:
- Height: Slightly taller than average.
- Weight: Average. None of it is fat, by the way.
- Skin: Have a nice image instead of a description.
- Hair: Have a simple image instead of a description.
- Eyes: Have an image of me wearing fancy clothes that I only wear on special occasions instead of a description. I'm holding fancy swords in here too.
- Build: Well if you're going to view me from every possible direction, why not have a figurine? And despite being of average weight, I'm thinner than the norm. Muscle is heavier than fat, you see.
- Clothing: If you couldn't tell, I usually wear blue.
- Distinguishing Features: Besides all the blue, not really.
- Other: If I'm not wearing blue, someone forcibly dressed me up.
Personality:
- Positive Traits
- I'm an honest person. It's pretty hard for me to be dishonest, really. (When I do lie, it's because the lie is an obvious lie, and therefore the truth is the opposite, and thus is what should be implied.) This isn't called for sometimes ('No, you don't really look nice today'), but really, it's something people need to do more often. It's why I can speak in first person instead of making someone else do this profile for me. ...It'd be nice if I had a sword that cut through lies.
- I do not try to control people via cheap manipulation. I could be honest yet still try that, but that's not something I'd do. People work best under the power of their free will.
- I am a hard worker. I train at least 3 hours a day. One right after I get up, one in the middle of the day, and one before I sleep.
- I am a focused person. Though insults will anger me, I'm not about to let myself fly off the handle.
- Though I do not serve any cause or person at the moment, if I have a reason to, I am a loyal person. If I can respect someone enough, I'll listen to them, even if it means fighting a battle I might not win...so as long as I can retreat after I do that, because I'm not about to throw my life away for no good reason. She who fights and runs away lives to fight another day. And two uses of me is better than one.

- Negative Traits
- I'm an aggressive person. This is probably because I like looking for a fight, but if you wrong me, I'll probably ask if you're looking for a fight. (And I'll wonder why you didn't just ask.) If you aren't, I might bash you with danmaku anyway. Not out of rage, but because I want to.
- I don't really know how to compromise. It's my way or the way where I hit you with danmaku or swords.
- I frequently expect the worst out of serious situations. This is sometimes a good thing, as it lets me be prepared for these situations, but more often than not I'm being driven slightly crazy about something that doesn't actually happen, and I'm not prepared for when something good happens.
- I do not easily forgive people. If someone wrongs me then tries to make it up to me, they best do a really good job about it, and I might not forgive them even then.
- When it comes to relying on people, I prefer myself. Other people...well, they're not the most reliable sort. Relying on myself always seems like the better thing to do...even when it really isn't. It's a blend of mistrust and simple ability.

- Likes
- Making 'half' jokes when one mentions a youkai or human. 'If humans are weak, does that make me half-weak?' It's a thing.
- The field of battle, and being in it. There is no other high like that. Yeah, I enjoy watching it too.
- My swords. If you look further down, you'll see that I named all four of them.
- Making 'half' jokes when one mentions a youkai or human. 'If humans are weak, does that make me half-weak?' It's a thing.
- Dislikes
- Political correctness. Saying things as they are is better than sugar-coating them to not offend someone. (And from what little I know about politics, I don't think they're correct at all anyway.)
- Taunts, particularly in battle. If you want to fight, just SAY SO! If you want to provoke me IN battle, I'll just be simply annoyed by the implication that such things would work.
- 'She focuses on brute strength instead of magic/lasers/ect? That must mean her intelligence is low! I can easily trick her with this and this because she's not bright!' Anyone who even so much as thinks anything like that should be cut down. I can think, and I'll show you by cutting you down no matter what you plan.
- Political correctness. Saying things as they are is better than sugar-coating them to not offend someone. (And from what little I know about politics, I don't think they're correct at all anyway.)
- Fears
- The loss of the two swords I have stashed away. I really hope my place isn't looted while I'm gone.
- Death before achieving my desires. If I die without having those fulfilled, I'll probably become a ghost.
- The loss of the two swords I have stashed away. I really hope my place isn't looted while I'm gone.
- Desires
- To be satisfied by a fight. If I battle someone too weak, they are tossed aside. If I battle someone too strong, I am tossed aside. Finding someone that fits in that 'just right' place is pretty hard to do.
- To find a sword that's remarkably different than the ones I have now. Preferably more powerful.
- To be involved in an incident. I always seem to be in an isolated area looking for a sword that I never find when one comes up. It's kind of annoying, really.
- To be satisfied by a fight. If I battle someone too weak, they are tossed aside. If I battle someone too strong, I am tossed aside. Finding someone that fits in that 'just right' place is pretty hard to do.
- Habits and Quirks
- Have you noticed the blue yet? I can't stand to wear too much of any other color.
- When wielding the two weapons that I only use on special occasions (read on), I may say something along the lines of 'There's nothing my Colossal Blade cannot cut!' I'm trying to break that habit, but it's hard. Besides, it feels good to say when I do that as a finisher.
- I collect magic swords. As such, if there's a rumor about one, I'll probably be there, looking for it. It's just something I do.
- Have you noticed the blue yet? I can't stand to wear too much of any other color.
Abilities and Fighting Style:
- Magical Abilities:
- I can danmaku and fly, but so can nearly everyone else. I can use up a magical reserve of power to give me strength and speed boosts when needed, too. There's a few other things that could be considered magical abilities, but those are in my swords. My danmaku is never slow, only fast, and I move around a lot too, sometimes just plain at you. I shoot less bullets, though, but the speed makes them harder to see coming.
I have spell cards, but I won't give any away until I actually use them after making this thing.

- Physical abilities:
- You know how people say youkai are pretty strong physically? Well, I'm most certainly stronger than the average youkai, despite only being half of one. Faster, too. It's all natural, the result of endless battling. The magical abilities I have make this even better, turning me into one hell of a close range nightmare. I can even slash danmaku away if I'm feeling great, though I can only do so much of that at once.
- Weapons:
- I have four of these, but I normally carry only 2 around. The first one, recognizable by it's sheath being black with blue diamonds on it (the shape, not the jewel), is the sword I use for real battles, the Kusanagi. It's more likely to hit an enemy's vitals, for it seems to be drawn towards them. As such, more often than not, blows from this thing hurt. It's also really good at cutting grass, for some reason.
- My second one is just used for sparring, for it is impossible to kill with it. The sheath is completely black, and it's name is Totsuka. It never hits a spot that would be fatal, and doesn't cut that much. However, it hurts as much as a regular sword anyway. There's probably some sadistic use for this, but I don't care for that.
- My other swords are only used when I need to use them for something, and as such I don't carry them around as much (two swords being carried around is enough, thank you). I have the same sheath for both of them. The third is recognizable by having a hilt that's very similar to Kusanagi. just with smaller diamonds, and it's name is Magus. When wielded, it burns through my magic supply, and glows blue. In case I can't get something with a normal attack, this sword uses magic and physical force at the same time. Even when not used against such foes, it's more powerful and light than your average sword, obliterating those that are in the way of it's swing. If I run out of magic power though, it becomes pretty useless.
- The last of my swords is Zonvolt, recognizable by it's very colorful hilt. It's a sword that's said to have done a decent amount of smiting and cleaving evil, and it's clear that it's capable of doing so. The harder the object I attack, the more powerful it is. It's the anti shielding weapon, and I don't think there's anything it can't cut. ...Hm? Something about a Youmu? If I thought of that, then she might be ripping someone off too.

- Fighting Style: I am a relentless attacker. In a normal fight, you'll be hard pressed to get some distance in without using ranged attacks. If you use a few shots, I will go around while charging you. If you use a thin wall of them, I will slice them apart and continue charging you. If you shoot weak projectiles, I might just go right through them. If you shoot far too many projectiles, I'll probably have to wait for an opening...or crash into them if I'm too close. And no matter what, I am always watching/looking for you, for I have to get near you to attack in the first place, so I obviously have to keep an eye on you.
And yes, despite having so much swords, I only fight with one at a time. Dual-wielding isn't for me. - Strengths
- A close-range nightmare, am I.
- In battle, my concentration is unmatched. Dazzling and/or provoking me just doesn't work.
- It takes much more effort than usual to take me down. All this strength makes me harder to kill, too.
- A close-range nightmare, am I.
- Weaknesses
- I don't pay attention to defense that much. I hit what gets in my way, I dodge things that are dead easy to dodge, but there's really only so much I can dodge point blank, and I'm a bit consumed with the charging
- A close-range nightmare, am I. Only. A long-range nightmare is my own nightmare, for it's hard to deal with a ranged attacker that knows what she's doing.
- Considering that I only have Magus for special events, things unaffected by a sword will stop me cold unless I have it. And when I do, I can only go about it for so long. When I can only attack such things with danmaku, which isn't deadly at all, I'll be in some trouble.
