History: Augentein Rovde is a strange priest who lives in a small tented boat that floats through Gensokyo's waters (though occasionally Augen finds himself needing to drag it around). His youth seems an enigma, and his ways seem foreign, though Augen claims that he's always lived in Gensokyo, since the day he was born. Despite this, he often claims that nothing noteworthy happened in his early life.
At about the age of 17, Augen started pursuing a conceptual entity which he claims "has no body, has no voice, doesn't do or say anything, probably doesn't have a name, but is almost certainly responsible for all of this".
Rather than seeking help from clergy, Augen thought it best to search on his own, examining the world around him as well as his own mind and soul in search for clues. At the age of 18, he started calling himself a "priest", though the use of the title is indeed highly debatable. Nonetheless, Augen now devotes himself to protecting the children of creation from those who wish hostility, or whatever else he might be doing at the time.

- Fighting style: Due to his limited projectiles and lack of flight, Augen mostly tries to take advantage of his evasive abilities and the environment around him in order to get within striking distance of his opponent. Fighting with tactics some might call "cowardice", Augen will often take cover behind objects, or try to "disappear from sight" in order to trick his opponent into leaving themselves unprotected. Often times he tries to subdue his opponents as opposed to slaughtering them, but if necessary he has no qualms about taking that extra step.
